Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and public holidays, ship on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships.
Free standard shipping on orders over ₹4,999 across India. Orders below that threshold may include a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before you pay. Express options, when available, are priced separately at checkout.
Standard delivery usually arrives in 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code and carrier capacity. Metro cities are often faster; remote locations may take longer. Timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once your order ships, we send tracking details to the email and phone number used at checkout (where available). Use the carrier link in that message to follow your package in transit.
Please double-check your name, phone, address, and PIN code before placing an order. We cannot redirect packages after dispatch in most cases. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may require re-shipping at additional cost.
Weather, strikes, peak seasons, courier disruptions, or regional restrictions can delay delivery. If your order is significantly delayed, contact support@musclemeltnutrition.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate.
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and products. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution where appropriate.
We currently focus on deliveries within India. If international shipping becomes available for select destinations, duties, taxes, and customs clearance remain the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Checkout always shows the shipping cost that applies to your order.
